There is a 20% installation fee for balloons garlands and arches. The other decor listed (backdrops, marquees, dessert tables) includes the installation fee. 

Outdoor installations require 30% labor fee. This is because it takes more time, tools and staff to create the display and for it to withstand the elements. Leave it to the professionals.
